TELESCOPE
VALVE COIL 1 –
SHORT TO
GROUND OR
OPEN CIRCUIT 4554 Tele valve controller detects
too large of an error between
coil drive current and
feedback. Detection shall
occur during Startup and
Tele Out. Y Inspect wiring for physical damage.
Check for continuity through this circuit.
On the 12-pin valve controller connector,
verify that the TELE V1 wire in pin 3 and
TELE V1 RTN in pin 9 are properly seated,
as well as the connections on the V1 coil.
Current Command and Feedback values
may be monitored via the Analyzer under
Diagnostics/Tele Valve to help with the
assessment.
FORK VALVE
COIL 1 – SHORT
TO GROUND OR
OPEN CIRCUIT 4562 Fork valve controller detects
too large of an error between
coil drive current and
feedback. Detection shall
occur during Startup and
Fork Tilt Up. Y Inspect wiring for physical damage.
Check for continuity through this circuit.
On the 12-pin valve controller connector,
verify that the FORK V1 wire in pin 3 and
FORK V1 RTN in pin 7 are properly
seated, as well as the connections on the
FORK V1 coil.
Current Command and Feedback values
may be monitored via the Analyzer under
Diagnostics/Fork Valve to help with the
assessment.
AUX VALVE COIL
1 – SHORT TO
GROUND OR
OPEN CIRCUIT
FAULT 4566 Fork valve controller detects
too large of an error between
coil drive current and
feedback. Detection shall
occur during Startup and
Aux 1. Y Inspect wiring for physical damage.
Check for continuity through this circuit.
On the 12-pin valve controller connector,
verify that the AUX V1 wire in pin 5 and
AUX V1 RTN in pin 9 are properly seated,
as well as the connections on the AUX V1
coil.

may be monitored via the Analyzer under
Diagnostics/Fork Valve to help with the
assessment.
LIFT VALVE COIL
2 – SHORT TO
GROUND OR
OPEN CIRCUIT 4548 Lift valve controller detects
too large of an error between
coil drive current and
feedback. Detection shall
occur during Startup Lift Up/
Down. Y Inspect wiring for physical damage.
Check for continuity through this circuit.
On the 12-pin valve controller connector,
verify that the LIFT V2 wire in pin 4 and
LIFT V2 RTN in pin 7 are properly seated,
as well as the connections on the V2 coil.

may be monitored via the Analyzer under
Diagnostics/Lift Valve to help with the
assessment.
