Syntax

:MEASure:CURRent:AC:FREQuency:STATe?

Function

Query whether the frequency is displayed on the secondary screen
during AC current measurement.
The query returns DISPLAY or HIDE.


31. :MEASure:RESistance?
Syntax

:MEASure:RESistance?

Function

The query returns the 2-wire resistance measurement value in
scientific notation and the unit is Ω.


32. :MEASure:RESistance
Syntax

:MEASure:RESistance {0|1|2|3|4|5|6|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Function

Set the range of 2-wire resistance measurement.

Explanation  The measurement mode will change to “Manual” while you set the

range.

 The range corresponding to each parameter is as follows.
