By RFC2543, it uses “c=0.0.0.0” in SDP to perform a hold operation; but this has been depreciated
in RFC3261. Instead, it recommends the use of “a=sendonly” attribute in SDP to hold the peer.
Disable this feature to be backward compatible with RFC2543 implementation.
