C2.3.5.1 User Accounts
The User Accounts window enables users with the Administrator role to manage the system us-
ers: create users, grant rights based on the user roles, edit and delete users. To access this page,
select the User Accounts option in the Tools menu.
The User Accounts window displays the following information.
• Use Name: user name assigned by the Administrator to a certain user
• Full Name: user’s first name and last name
• Role: user’s role
• Status: Active or Disabled - indicates whether the user can access the application or not
