n Adding or Editing a User
To add/edit a user:
1. Click
or in the toolbar to open Account Information window.
2. In the window, fill in the required information. Select the role to assign to the user and its
status (Active/Disabled) from the corresponding drop-down lists, and then click [OK] to add
the user in the system or to save the changes.

TIP
All fields must be filled in. The password fields are case sensitive.
n Deleting users
To delete a user, select the user in the User Accounts list and click in the toolbar. The sys-
tem will ask for confirmation before deleting the user. Click [OK] to delete the user or click [Can-
cel] to abort the action. You can only delete one user at a time. Any user who is currently logging
in cannot be deleted.
