Danger!
All power connections (terminal strip X1) can carry dangerous electrical
voltages if the starttec is connected to the mains. For this reason,
de−energise the starttec before beginning to work on it or opening the
housing.

Stop!
If you use starttec to switch a spring−operated brake, the starttec type
E71MM402x4Axxx (brake voltage 180 VDC) must only be operated on mains
voltages
£ 400 V. Mains voltages > 400 V destroy the brake rectifier.
Note that the brake voltage at X1/B1, B2 is dependent upon the mains voltage:
