HART Failed Reason Code

Codes 1…0x7F (127) will only be reported in EASY-HART Format and are
codes that are reported directly from the HART device's "Command
Response" status byte.

The following is a sample of the most common codes. For other codes and a
more detailed listing that applies to a particular HART command please refer
to the official HART Protocol specification.

0x01 = Undefined Command Error
0x02 = Invalid Selection
0x03 = Passed parameter too large
0x04 = Passed parameter too small
0x05 = Too few bytes received
0x06 = Device-Specific command error
0x07 = Failure due to device in write protected mode
0x08…0x0F = Command specific multiple meaning. (See HART
specification)
0x10 = Access restricted
0x1C = Command specific multiple meaning. (See HART specification)
0x20 = Device is busy
0x40 = Command not implemented.

The following apply to both EASY-HART and FULL-HART Formats except
where noted and are codes generated by the module.

0x81 = No Response from HART device
0x82 = Invalid long frame address (Only applies to FULL-HART
format)
0x83 = Checksum error in request (Only applies to FULL-HART
format)
0x84 = HART Cmd not allowed
0x85 = Invalid Channel selected
0x86 = Channel is not HART enabled
0x87 = Connection with device has not been established
0x88 = HART Message already active on this channel. Try again later.
