AVBTXSTATE – State Register of the specified AVB Talker
This command reports the State Register of the specified CONNECT AVB Talker. This command is Query ONLY
and may be sent asynchronously.
Command Form : DEVICE AVBTXSTATE [TALKER] [VALUE]

Talker Integer 4 1 – 4 Talker Number -
Value Hexadecimal 4 0x00 – The talker is disabled and will not
transmit.
0x01 – The talker is enabled and will transmit if a
listener requests it.
0x02 – The talker is enabled and transmitting.
0x03 – 0xFFFFFFFF (Reserved)

This command sets/reports the 64-bit CONNECT AVB Stream ID for the specified AVB Talker.
