Miscellaneous functions (M functions)
Miscellaneous functions with predetermined effect
With the miscellaneous functions the TNC particularly controls:
• Coolant (ON/OFF)
• Spindle rotation (ON/OFF/direction of rotation)
• Program run
• Tool change
The machine manufacturer determines which miscel-
laneous functions are available on your TNC and which
functions they have.
