Solutions When the Image is Not Rectangular

If the projected image is not evenly rectangular, try the following solutions:

• Place the projector directly in front of the center of the screen, facing it squarely, if possible.

• Try adjusting the projector feet and leveling the projector or the surface that the projector is on.

• Correct the distortion in the projected image by using the Installation menu.

• If the projected image is bowed in the middle or the sides, then the projection surface is not flat. This

type of distortion cannot be corrected from the projector's settings.

• Check the cables connecting your computer or video source to the projector. They should be:

• Separated from the power cord to prevent interference

• Securely connected at both ends

• Not connected to an extension cable

• Adjust the

Noise Reduction

setting in the projector's Picture menu.

• Select a computer video resolution and refresh rate that are compatible with the projector.
