ISOBER

app.SDA2.EyeMeasure.IsoBER

IsoBER curves connect points of equal probability that the eye will close to those points. So, if IsoBER is set to draw
curves from -12 to -12, then one curve is drawn at probability 10E-12. If this curve does not violate the mask, that
predicts that 10E12 bits could be accumulated and there should not be any mask violations. The IsoBER curves are
drawn by measuring the distribution of points in a slice from the center of the eye out through the eye at various
angles, and extrapolating based on sigma. This implies that the expected distribution in the slice is Gaussian. If that
is not true, then sigma may be exagerated and the IsoBER is likely to show a "glitch" at that point. Such features can
be ignored.

This control is used only when Persisted is true and Persistence3d is true. It controls rotation about
the Y axis of the view being persisted.
