Tj, Total Jitter, is an extrapolation based on Rj and Dj computed according to the jitter decomposition model (see
app.SDA2.JitterMeasure.Parameters.JitterModel), and combined according to the usual Dual Dirac formula: TJ = DJ
+ n * RJ, where n is a function of the probability of error set by the user. In many standards TJ is computed at a
probability of error of 1*10^-12. See app.SDA2.JitterMeasure.Parameters.BERPow10.
