ShowEyeWidth

Bool

This is the horizontal equivalent of the vertical EyeHeight parameter. It evaluates the left and right
distributions in a narrow horizontal strip across the center of the Eye diagram. (The width of that strip
is not changeable, it must be narrow.) The EyeWidth value reported is right cross time minus 3
sigma - left cross time plus 3 sigma, where sigma is derived from the inner part of each crossing's
distribution. See EyeHeight for a discussion of "3 sigma" offsets.
In a Dual eye mode, Eye2Width will also appear. Note that in Dual Eye Transition / Non Transition
mode, Eye2 is the "non-transition" eye which by definition has no crossing on the left. Iin that mode,
Eye2Width cannot produce a value, its status is "invalid". It shows on the screen as "- - -". That is
normal, when Eye2 is the non-transition eye.

Description

ShowEyeZeroLevel

Bool

EyeZero is the "bottom" level, derived from the distribution of points in the vertical slice through the
pmap at the center of the screen (see app.SDA2.EyeMeasure.SliceWidth). See also EyeOne, and
EyeAmplitude.

Description

ShowMaskHits

Bool

MaskHits and MaskOut are derived from the simple mask test on the accumulated persistence map.
MaskHits gives the number of samples in the Eye persistence map that overlap the mask. This
parameter will be correct as long as a mask is defined, it need not be shown. Note that if each UI has
one or more samples that fail the mask, then this number will quickly get huge, since on each sweep
tens of thousands of UI may be added to the Eye diagram.
In a Dual Eye mode, Mask2Hits will also appear when ShowMaskHits is true.

Description

ShowMaskOut

Bool

MaskHits and MaskOut are derived from the simple mask test on the accumulated persistence map.
MaskOut gives the number of samples in the Eye persistence map that do not overlap the mask. This
parameter will be correct as long as a mask is defined, it need not be shown. Note that since each UI
probably has several samples that do not violate the mask, this number will quickly get huge, since on
each sweep tens of thousands of UI may be added to the Eye diagram.
In a Dual Eye mode, Mask2Out will also appear when ShowMaskOut is true.
