The DC will respond to the Execute PCCC service with the following
response parameters, which represent a completely encapsulated
PCCC response:

TIP

The Length parameter contains the total length of the
Vendor, Serial Number and Other parameters to
follow. None of these values are actually used by the
PCCC Object, but are instead simply preserved intact
in the associated response.
