3. Close the scanner unit.
Note:
If any torn pieces of paper remain, select Remove Paper on the control panel as described below after clearing the paper
jam error. This helps you to remove the remaining pieces of paper.
Setup > Maintenance > Remove Paper

1. Close the output tray.
2. Pull out the paper cassette.
