RULE OF THUMB

Remember there may be other system problems

caused by auxiliary controls not covered in this

booklet.

An amprobe, ohmmeter and vacuum pressure gauge
are essential for properly checking a system. Use of the
amprobe and ohmmeter are explained in Amprobe/
Ohmmeter Instructions. Use of the compound vacuum
pressure gauge is explained in Checking Suction Lift.
Find the basic problem for which numerous symptoms
and possible solutions are given for each.

Pump Will Not Run . . .
