Diesel pumps equipped with weekly self-testing device consume fuel during each
cycle. Provide an adequate reserve of fuel and check it periodically.
All operations on the diesel pump must be performed by qualified personnel only.
The diesel pump is an automatic starting machine that can start up even in the
absence of any voltage in the panel!
Observe the following rules to prevent any accidental start-ups:
- Starting batteries must be disconnected from the diesel pump set;
- Key operated selector switch on the control panel must be set to the “0” position.
