Battery voltage too low: replace the battery

Internal battery charger off (LEDs

off)

Line power failure: check the line wire and voltage
QU1 fuse carrier open or blown fuses: check the fuse

carrier and, if necessary, replace the fuses

Diesel pump does not start when an

emergency start button is pressed

Battery disconnected: Connections to battery terminals

corroded or loose: clean, examine and tighten the nuts on

the battery terminals. Replace the cable terminals and nuts

if they are too corroded.

Install a new battery if none is present or if the one being

used is discharged
Starting relay blown

With the selector switch in MAN

position and the START button

depressed, the diesel pump does not

start

Batteries discharged or disconnected: Connections to

battery terminals corroded or loose: clean, examine and

tighten the nuts on the battery terminals. Replace the cable

terminals and nuts if they are too corroded.

Install a new battery if none is present or if the one being

used is discharged
Both starting relays blown
Control unit failure

With the selector switch in AUTO
position and the start contact active

the diesel pump does not start

Automatic or Manual mode

Battery discharged or with reduced capacity, power the

panel and charge the batteries. Disconnect the power
supply, read the voltage value and compare it one hour

later. The voltage should remain above 12V.

Diesel pump does not start in either

Automatic or Manual mode

Check the battery voltage during the start-up stage. Check

the battery charge.

It does not start in automatic mode

from the level switch control

Check the level switch connection and remove any jumper.

It does not start in automatic mode

from the pressure switch control

Check the pressure switch status, connection and contacts.

The start command is generated when the contact

between the terminals is open.
