Procedure
Settng the Contents to Be Prnted
1. From the Fle menu, choose Prnt Settng.
2. In the Print Setting dialog box, set Range, Color, and Print Group, and then click OK.
Enter a comment in the Comment box as necessary.
When printing numeric values, you only need to set the range.
Enter the comment to be printed
Switch to settings for numeric values
Select the groups when Selected Groups
is selected
Click to open the group selection dialog box
Select black/white or color print
Select the group to be printed

Select to print all or print only the range specified by cursors
