8-4. Toolbars
ADVantage 6600 software utilizes toolbars for some of the most often used functions during data
collection and post processing. To display or hide a toolbar, from the menu at the top of the screen
choose View>Toolbars. A checkmark appears next to the menu item when the toolbar is displayed.
8-4.1. Main Toolbar
Connect
Opens a new Serial Connection or Network Connection to an ADV6600
sonde.
Open File Opens a new data file for viewing or post processing.
8-4.2. Data Toolbar
Export Data Opens the Export window to export data to an ASCII file.
Filters Future feature – not presently activated.
Center Marker
Moves the graph marker to the center of the graphical plot currently
displayed (even if marker is not contained in present viewing window).
8-4.3. Display Toolbar
Graphs Allows user to change the number of graphs displayed (minimum = 1,
maximum = 4).
Templates
Allows user to Save a data display as a template, Delete a saved
template, or load the Default template settings to replace the current
display template.
