16. Verify the Comm port and Baud settings and make certain that the “This is an ADV6600”
selection is checked. Then click on “Start” to upgrade your 6600 firmware.
17. The YSI Code Updater program will notify you when the update is complete.
The general setup of your ADV6600 is now complete and you should proceed to Section 5 for
detailed instructions on the calibration and performance evaluation of the ADV and Water Quality
sensors prior to field use of your instrument.
