2. The HCMS server takes up too many HDD space.
We have found that the preset of the virus scan software “NOD32” will automatically create a
temporary file under windows system temporary folder when the HCMS connects to sites. This
temporary file will automatically increase the size which causes the HDD became lack of space.
Please go to the control center of the NOD32 and disable IMON. Then the problem should be
resolved. The following pictures are examples.
