This section describes how to open and close the ADF.
How to Open the ADF

Remove all documents from the ADF paper chute
(feeder).

Open the ADF cover.

Push the center of the ADF cover until it locks in place.
1.4 Opening/Closing the ADF
When the ADF is open, it might close
accidentally. Be careful not to get your fingers
caught.
