The LED indicator on the operator panel is lit or
flashing after the scanner is turned on.
Is the LED indicator on the operator panel still lit or
flashing after the scanner is turned on?
No
The scanner is operating correctly.
Yes
Check the status of the LED indicator and the [Power] button by referring to "7.2
Error Indications on Operator Panel" (page 68) and take action accordingly.
If the problem persists, check the items in "7.4 Before You Contact the Scanner
Service Provider" (page 86) first, then contact the distributor/dealer where you
purchased this product.
