before sending calls to Group Coverage, when:

Sender also has Individual Coverage and
receiver is available.

Sender does not have Individual Coverage or
receiver is not available, and Group Coverage
receiver is calling group only or QCC queue only
(no Group Cover buttons on multiline
telephones).

Group Coverage
Ring Delay

3 rings

1–9 rings

Release 4.1 and later systems, programmable for
each extension. Delay before sending calls to Group
Coverage, when:

Sender has Individual Coverage and receiver is
available (in addition to Primary Cover Ring
Delay).

Sender does not have Individual Coverage or
receiver is not available, and Group Coverage
receiver is calling group only or QCC queue only
(no Group Cover buttons on multiline
telephones).

Primary Cover
Ring Delay

2 rings

1–6 rings

Release 4.1 and later systems, programmable for
each extension. This timer sets:

The delay before a Primary Cover button
programmed for Delay Ring begins to ring
audibly.

The delay, in addition to the Group Coverage
Ring Delay, before calls are sent to Group
Coverage when the sender has Individual
Coverage and any receiver is available.
