Removing and replacing the printer controller board
To remove the printer controller board:
1 Turn the printer OFF, unplug the power cord and
disconnect any cables connected to the connectors on
the back of the printer.
2 Loosen the two screws that secure the printer controller
board to the back of the printer, using a cross-point
head (+) screwdriver.
3 Carefully pull the printer controller board out of its slot in
the printer.
