—Specifies a list of Ethernet ports. Separate

nonconsecutive Ethernet ports with a comma and no spaces. Use a hyphen

to designate a range of ports.

port-channel

port-channel-list

—Specifies a list of port channels. Separate

nonconsecutive port-channels with a comma and no spaces; use a hyphen

to designate a range of port channels.

Default Configuration

No Multicast addresses are defined.
The default option is add.

Command Mode

Interface (VLAN) Configuration mode

User Guidelines

You can execute the command before the VLAN is created.

Example

The following example registers a source IP address - Multicast IP address pair

to the bridge table:

console(config)# interface vlan 8

console(config-if)# bridge multicast source 13.16.1.1 group

239.2.2.2

bridge multicast forbidden source group

Use the bridge multicast forbidden source group IInterface (VLAN)

Configuration mode command to forbid adding or removing a specific IP

source address - Multicast address pair to or from specific ports. Use the no

form of this command to return to the default configuration.
