Set the same GARP timer values on all Layer 2-connected devices to ensure
proper operation of the GARP application.
Example
The following example sets the leave timer for gi0/4 to 900 milliseconds.
console(config-if)# interface gi0/4
console(config-if)# garp timer leave 900
gvrp vlan-creation-forbid
Use the gvrp vlan-creation-forbid Interface Configuration mode command to
disable dynamic VLAN creation or modification. Use the no form of this
command to enable dynamic VLAN creation or modification.
Syntax
gvrp vlan-creation-forbid
no gvrp vlan-creation-forbid
Default Configuration
Enabled.
Command Mode
Interface (Ethernet, Port Channel) Configuration mode

The following example disables dynamic VLAN creation on gi0/3.
