1. Time Duration: Click on the down arrow to select date/time range from the calendar as

shown below.

2. Device: Select the devices to include or exclude in the export.

3. Video Type: You can choose to save the video as AVI or RAW format in the computer. To

create a video CD/DVD-ROM, please connect the USB CD/DVD burner to XNR-4200, then

select “Burn Image” and click “Detect” to detect the burner. This video CD/DVD-ROM will

contain a player for you to directly execute and watch the video playback on a

Windows-based computer.

4. Overlay:

Click on “Yes” to add overlay or “No” to exclude overlay. You may include

timestamp and an OSD Text.

5. Save Path: You may export the videos to your desktop or to a specific path or even store

them on a DVD media through a burner. Click this button and choose the export method:

– Save AVI files to client PC or other location.

–Create CD/DVD containing the video file and

player. Please first connect a USB DVD burner to standalone NVR, then select “Burn

Image” on this window, click “Detect” to find the burner and click “Burn” to start

creating the CD/DVD.

6. Burn Button: Click to export select video archives according to the date/time, with or

without overlay into your desktop or a specific path or store them on DVD media through

an external burner.

Note: To play the exported .AVI file, you must have FFDShow or DivX codec installed in your

computer. They can be found over the internet at the following sites:
