4. Assemble the sealing ring, fitting tool holds the cor-
rect position of the sealing ring in the pump housing.
5. Assemble the snap ring.
6. Assemble the snap ring in the correct position.
Disassembly and Assembly of the Complete
Unit
1. Disassemble the pilot valve.
2. Mark the position of the port plate and remove the
socket screw of the port plate.
3. Remove the port plate together with the valve plate
(hold the valve plate so the plate can’t fall down).
4. Remove the o-ring.
5. Disassemble the taper roller bearing (nearby port
plate).
