NOTE: There are two types of synchronization: initial synchronization and periodic synchronization. Initial remote
replication group synchronization progress is displayed in the Long Running Operations dialog and by executing
the show storageArray longRunningOperations command.

Syntax

show asyncRemoteReplicationGroup ["asyncRemoteReplicationGroupName"]

[synchronizationProgress]

Parameters

Parameter

Description

asyncRemoteReplicationGroup

The name of the remote replication group for which you
want to check the synchronization progress. Enclose the
remote replication group name in square brackets ([ ]). If
the remote replication group name has special
characters, you also must enclose the remote replication
group name in double quotation marks (" ") inside square
brackets. If the remote replication group name consists
only of numbers, such as "1002," you also must enclose the
remote replication group name in double quotation marks
(" ") inside square brackets.

synchronizationProgress

Use this optional parameter to display the periodic
synchronization progress of the remote replication group.

Show Remote Replication Virtual Disk Candidates

Description

NOTE: This command valid only with Fibre Channel storage arrays.

This command returns information about the candidate virtual disks on a remote storage array that can be used as
secondary virtual disks in a Remote Replication configuration.

Syntax

show remoteReplication candidates primary= ”virtualDiskName

remoteStorageArrayName=storageArrayName
