Host Fast Draft
You can set the Host Fast Draft Parameter to the following values:
Enabled (Default) If you select Enabled, the highest print speed
(lowest print quality) available through the data
stream is Fast Draft Quality. DP Quality is not
selectable via the data stream.
Disabled If you select Disabled, the highest print speed
(lowest print quality) available through the data
stream is DP Quality. Fast Draft Quality is not
selectable via the data stream.
To change or check this parameter, follow these steps:

Press MENU.
2. Press SCROLL/MICRO or SCROLL/MICRO until the printer displays

4. Press SCROLL/MICRO or SCROLL/MICRO until the printer displays

5. Press ENTER.
6. Press SCROLL/MICRO or SCROLL/MICRO until the desired value for
Host Fast Draft is displayed on the second line of the display.
7. Press ENTER.

NLQ Typeface
This parameter is displayed when emulation mode is set to 4247, 4202 III XL, or
2381 Personal Printer. This parameter allows you to set the font to be used for
Near Letter Quality printing. The following values are:

Courier (Default)
v Gothic
To change or check the NLQ Typeface, follow these steps:
