Configuration

The printer can be given a name on the top line of the tree structure. This
name does not have a functional meaning. Its sole purpose is to allow the
operator to more easily differentiate between the printers on a network.

The following parameters for the Ethernet interface can only be accessed via
the printer website:

Note: Information is not updated automatically while the "Setup" tab is open.
Updating occurs when the tab is changed or by clicking the Update button.

when certain status and error messages are
generated. To activate:

• Set parameter to "On".

• Enter IP address of the SMTP server.

• Enter a valid e-mail address for the

printer in the "From address" field.

page 5-19.

Raw-IP port

Service for printing on the network (see

• Select a predefined port address.
