L8 Hardware Protection

Input phase loss detection is disabled in the following cases:
• A Stop command is input
• Magnetic Contact (MC) shuts OFF
• CPU A/D converter fault (CPF5)
• During deceleration
• Output current

30% of Inverter rated current

This parameter detects the inverter output open-phase.

An open phase condition may be erroneously detected

at the output

if inadequate

motor capacity is applied to the inverter, or the load torque is low.

The ground fault detection circuit monitors the output current and activates when
excessive ground current is detected.

A ground fault will occur when the inverter output grounding current has exceeded
50% of the inverter rated current.
