An offset address (M_ADD) on the FL-net virtual address space in the FL-net message header information is specified
by a data address (PARAM05) and a remote CPU number (address upper word: PAEAM07). In this case, however, the
262IF-02 is allowed to specify 32-bit addresses in a range of virtual address space from 0 to FFFFFH.
When the FL-net Equipment Other Than the 262IF-01 Accesses the 262IF-01:
When the FL-net equipment other than the 262IF-01 accesses the 262IF-01, an offset address (M_ADD) for virtual
address space must be specified as shown in the following figure.
