7.2.4 Details on I/O Error Status

When a system I/O error occurs, the error status will be written in the system register.
The registers allocated for each error status when an I/O Module (LIO-01/02), FL-net Communication Module (262IF-
01), and DeviceNet Communication Module (260IF-01) are mounted in slots 1, 2, and 3 of the MP2300 Machine Con-
troller respectively are described below.
