ATH Manual rejection of a network request for PDP context acti-
vation

The V.250

ATH

command may be used to deactivate all PDP contexts which are active or online on the same

interface. This command should not be used to deactivate PDP contexts during the implicit PDP context deacti-

vation procedure which is started automatically after LCP termination or by dropping the DTR line (if

AT&D

2 is

configured). For details refer to Section

11.5.1

,

Automatic deactivation of PDP context during dial-up PPP

.

The

ATH

command may also be used to reject a network request for PDP context activation announced by the

unsolicited result codes "

RING

: GPRS" or "

+CRING

: GPRS".

Syntax

Notes

• In contrast to GSM 07.07 it is possible to cancel a connection with

ATH

after a break. This is done for com-

patibility reasons due to the "dial-up network" drivers of Microsoft Windows.

ATH

is used as a standard V.250 AT command, too.

• If

ATH

is used to reject a network request for PDP context activation, then other PDP contexts on the same

interface which are active or online will not be deactivated.
