Example: Assuming that

Measuring accuracy = ±(0.1% × 5 V + 2 digits)

= ±(0.005 V [5 digits] + 2 digits)
= ±7 digits

Multiplier = {2000 digits (0.000 to 2.000)}/4000 digits (1.000 to5.000) = 0.5
