Specifies the time format to use.

Enables/Disables Daylight Savings.

UseAsLocalPCMonitor: <On/Off>
If the main monitor is used as a local PC display, UseAsLocalPCMonitor should be set to On. This will avoid transmitting the local PC image while the system is in a video conference.
