5-9 BACNET
The BACnet Configuration page allows the user to enable the FMS for BACnet Master or BACnet slave
configuration.

BACnet Device Name: The name of the FMS as it will appear on the BACnet network
BACnet Device ID: The unique identifier for the FMS on the BACnet network
BACnet Description: The description of the FMS as it will appear on the BACnet network
NOTE:
The FMS has BACnet slave capabilities automatically built in. For the FMS to be a
Master on the BACnet network the EXP-MBCS option must be installed and the
“Master Protocol Selection” must be set to BACnet.
