Navigate through the T

root category and double-click the template that you

want to base your new page upon.

upon the selected template (figure

Make the necessary changes to the page’s content using the template’s editable fields.

Optional: Type a description, Recall ID, and/or specify an offset for the page in the
fields in the upper portion of the G

RAPHIC

1 dialog box.

Save the page to the Xmedia Server.
There are two (2) ways in which you can save the new shared page: one allows you to
specify the page’s name and category before it is saved as asset on the Xmedia
Server, while the other automatically provides a default name and saves the page, then
the page is inserted/appended to the playlist that is currently open in the Playlist Editor.
• To only save the new shared page as an asset on the Xmedia Server, simply click

the S

P

AGE

button

. The S

AVE

P

AGE

dialog box appears (figure

7-10

)

allowing you to specify the new page’s name, information and category. After you
have completed the page’s information and category fields, click OK. The page is
saved to the Xmedia Server and the generic title of the G

RAPHIC

1 dialog box is

replaced with the name of the page.
