Incoming Message Directly Displayed +CMT (Chapter 3)
Description: This response indicates that an incoming message has been received and according to the
message storage preferences (+CNMI), is to be directly displayed.
Values:
<oa> Originator Address. <oa> will be displayed only if the message <privacy> value is
normal (0).
<scts> Service Center Time Stamp in string format : “yy/MM/dd,hh :mm :ss±zz”
(Year/Month/Day,Hour:Min:Seconds±TimeZone)
<tooa> Type-of-Address of <oa>
<lang> Language
<encod> Encoding method
<priority>: Message priority:
0 – Normal
1 – Interactive
2 – Urgent
3 – Emergency
<cbn> Call Back Number
<length> The number of characters in the following <data> field
