Description: This Over-The-Air Service Provisioning (OTASP) response indicates that initial device

programming is required.

Description: This Over-The-Air Service Provisioning (OTASP) response indicates that device

programming is in progress.

Programming Successful +WOT2

Description: This Over-The-Air Service Provisioning (OTASP) response indicates that device
