Check whether HDLM has been
correctly installed.

the English edition of HDLM, or
vice versa.
Action
Acquire the SP that has the same
language as the installed HDLM,
and then try again.

Action
An upgrade or re-installation
cannot be performed on the
already installed HDLM or SP.
When installing HDLM: First
remove the installed HDLM or SP,
and then perform a new
installation. When installing a SP:
Obtain, and then install an SP or
corrected version that can be
applied to the installed version of
HDLM.
