The Item Data navigation window appears. By default it is at the Int-
elliTrack\ISRP\Images folder. If your picture resides in
another location, navigate to the directory that contains the image file.

Select the image file by clicking on it. The image file must be a sup-
ported file type (.wmf, .emf, .dib, .bmp, .ico, .BMP, .EPS, .GIF, .JPG, .
PCT, .PNT, .WMF) in order to import it into the application. The file is
placed in the Filename field in the Item Data Navigation window.
4.
Click the Open button. The Item Data navigation window closes, and
the picture is imported into the Item Data form. The network file loca-
tion for the picture appears in the field underneath the picture.
Double-click in this box if you want
to add a picture of the item.

in this field.
