The Inventory Data form displays the current inventory location of the
item, including UOM and on-hand count.

Click the drop-down arrow in the Location field and select the desired
location from the list that appears. Press the <Tab> key until you
advance to the UOM field.

Click the drop-down arrow in the UOM field and select the UOM from
the list that appears. Press the <Tab> key to advance to the On Hand
field.
5.
Enter the on hand quantity in the On Hand field.
6.
Select the Do It button found along the bottom of the form to process
your changes.
Or, select the Preview button to view an inventory report of the item
on-screen.
Or, select the Print button to print an inventory report of the item.
7.
Select the Close button to exit the Inventory Data form. You are
returned to the Item Data form.
8.
Next, select the Close button to save the entries and exit the Item Data
form.
