Introduction

IntelliTrack ISRP tracks item quantity, item location, and item movement
at each of your sites.

For more information about managing your inventory with IntelliTrack

Working with Inventory Information

At the Inventory Data form, you are able to quickly check inventory item
quantities and item locations. You are also able to adjust inventory item
quantity and add items to a location. To reach the Inventory Data form:
select Manage > Inventory > Inventory Data.

The Inventory Data form appears. The default site, as set in the Local Site
Settings form, automatically appears in the Site field. Inventory data may
be sorted by item number or location for the selected Site(s).

The Item Data form lists the following item inventory information:

Unit of Measure (UOM): if this feature is enabled in the System
Options Form/Features tab, and is being used by the system, this form
will list the unit of measure for this item.

Serial Number: if this feature is enabled in the System Options form/
Features tab and is being used by the system, this form will list the
item’s serial number.

On Hand Quantity: the on hand or “available” quantity of the item in
this site location.

Inventoried Quantity: the quantity of the item in this site location
from a physical inventory count. If the Replace On-Hand Quantities
