Enabling System Features
Your IntelliTrack ISRP application contains many features. The applica-
tion features included with your system are enabled, but still must be acti-
vated at the Features tab.
Important: Be aware of the features included with your IntelliTrack ISRP
version. The features included with your IntelliTrack ISRP version must be
activated before use. For a list of ISRP features, please refer to
Table 1,
“IntelliTrack ISRP Features,” on page 3 .
To activate ISRP features:
1. Click the Features tab to bring this section to the front.
2. To activate a feature or features from the Features area of the System
Setup form, check the check box next to the desired feature.
The following choices are available:
• Multiple sites: A Site in ISRP represents a warehouse/storage facil-
ity. This feature allows you to enter multiple sites into the ISRP
application. Check this box to activate multiple Sites in the system.
If not enabled, the Site field in ISRP forms is disabled.
• Lots: Lots represent inventory grouped together and identified by a
number, alphanumeric character, etc. (the Lot identification is user
defined). To track Lots for inventory item(s) in a location, check this
box. If enabled, IntelliTrack ISRP tracks the Lot ID for inventoried
item data.
