User-defined fields allow you to add specific data to a form. By default,
user-defined fields are not activated or defined. They have generic titles
(such as Bill to User 1, Bill to User 2). To define and activate these fields
refer to the following steps:
1. While using IntelliTrack ISRP, you may come across a user-defined
field that you want to use. For example, the Item Data form contains a
User Defined tab with twenty four user defined fields:
2. To define the User1 field in the Item Data form/User Defined tab,
select Tools > Setup > Language from the main menu. The Language
form appears.
The User Defined tab in the Item Data form contains 24 user defined fields.
