Setting Site Privileges

If you have multiple Sites entered into the database, you are able to assign
how to access the Sites in the IntelliTrack ISRP application. At the Local
Site Settings form, you are able to set which Sites you can view and
whether Site data can be modified.

Select Local Site Settings Tab in the ribbon. The Local Site Settings
options appear in the ribbon:

1.

To select the default site, click the drop-down arrow in the Default Site
field and select the default site from the list that appears.

2.

Next, choose the desired Site privilege option in the Site Privileges
section of the form:
Local (Default) Site Only: Select this option to display and modify
data from the default (local) site only.
View all Sites: Select this option to display data from All Sites listed in
the database and modify data from the default (Local) Site only.
View and Modify all Sites: Select this option to view and modify data
from all Sites listed in the database.
Your changes are automatically saved.

3.

When you are finished, click the Close button to exit the form.

UPS OnLine® WorldShip®-ISRP Integration

For UPS OnLine® WorldShip® customers, IntelliTrack ISRP offers an
integration feature, thus allowing you to send picking order data to the
WorldShip application. The data received by UPS OnLine WorldShip
from ISRP will populate the UPS OnLine WorldShip Shipping Detail with
information such as Company, Address, Contact Information, and UPS
Service Type. The data exported back to the Shipping form in ISRP for this
order will include the UPS tracking number, shipping charges, and deliv-
ery method.
